REGISTRATION - Both Masterclasses

On-line Registration is available here for all payment methods.  If you wish to receive an invoice, go to the "Paying by cheque/bank transfer/direct deposit" option, complete all the fields to register and then print off your invoice from the final payment page.

Full Registration includes participation in all Masterclass sessions, Masterclass Programme and Abstract Book, lunches, teas and coffees on both days of the Conference, Network Dinner and VAT where applicable.

Network Dinner tickets must be booked in advance.

ADDITIONAL DELEGATES FROM ONE NHS TRUST
Discounts are given for when two or more delegates are registered from the same NHS Trust.

DAY DELEGATE REGISTRATION
This includes participating in the Masterclass for one day, Programme and Abstract Book, Lunch, Tea and Coffee and VAT where applicable.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations should be made in writing to the Masterclass
Secretariat.
• Cancellations received before 30th June 2008: full refund
minus 25% administration charge.
• Cancellations received after 1st July 2008: No refund.
• All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Masterclass.

We are very pleased to be able to host a Networking Dinner at the Pump Rooms in the centre of Bath. Prior to a short  Reception delegates will be able to visit the Roman Baths.

All tickets must be pre-ordered via the Registration Process and numbers are limited, so early booking is recommended.
